Artificial Intelligence oriented computerized system may soon be replacing some human managers in administering and supervising routine business operational processes with substantial benefits.
A recent culmination in Artificial Intelligence Technology has introduced an Intelligent Robotic Manager for administering and supervising concerned human operators of business operations of any organization. This unparalleled invention has successfully been demonstrated in a prototype application and patented at the Patent Office, USA. An “Artificially Intelligent Business Manager Robot” may soon be available for any organization, both private and governmental.
But there is a big snag. A managerial robot by definition implies managing human staff. But “Machine Rules Man” concept is not yet perceivable in our human society and that is why currently both academia and media are not responding to this with enthusiasm that it deserves. Another plus point is that this single AI System takes full responsibility of managing business operations in all areas of business where generally different human managers are present. For instance, hardly there is any organisation where the business operations for purchasing in material section is handled by the same manager looking after recruitment in the HR area.
Such innovation, although initially sounds a bit weird needs to be encouraged in order to pave the way for a new technologically enriched global value and ethics that will add to the sustainability of our social and business advancement.
