Then, Australia won by 120 runs in the second Test in Adelaide. In the third Test in Perth, the team won by an innings and 41 runs. The match was a draw during the fourth Test in Melbourne. The Ashes concluded in Sydney. Australia crashed out England, winning by an innings and 123 runs.
Meanwhile, recalling the ICC World Cup, the two teams have a head-to-head semi-final match. The host country England thrashed Australia by eight wickets. The winning team reached the final and won against New Zealand.
